These Maldon oysters were picked up from Billingsgate Market on a cold weekend in December. The market opens at 4 a.m. and is a very busy place with a great variety at a decent price. The oyster experience is divine and one of my favourite foods, they are incredibly hard to open, but worth the effort. We took the opportunity to take a life style in Fuji 400H film on the Contax 645.

Looks so clean and pretty. A nice delicious memory captured on film.
